Not simply the 'Sunshine Double' in Indian Wells and Miami, but already a triple of titles in 2016, has seen Victoria Azarenka storm up the rankings. Starting the year at 22, she's already forced her way into the top five, stepping hard towards the top spot she previously held in 2012 after winning the Australian Open. Add to this the fact that she's the leader in this year's 'Race to Singapore' and you can understand why she feels she's coming out of a real long, hard month before heading to Europe and the Madrid Open. When asked, Belorussian Victoria admitted it was hard to maintain determination and intensity levels across this series of matches. However, after a stellar start to the year, it will be fascinating to find out if she can maintain it as Paris approaches.
